MaLM - Books

Make a list Monday - Kids Books

Right now Andrew's favorite books that we read EVERY day are
1. Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Suess
2. I Wish That I Had Duck Feet by Dr. Suess (as Theo. LeSieg, Illustrated by B Tobey, 1965)

At other times, my other kids have been fixated on

3. Frog and Toad
4. Goodnight Moon
5. various dinosaur books
6. How Do Dinosaurs Eat Their Food
7. A Tonka trucks Christmas time book
8. Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

I'm having a hard time remembering my girls' favorites. What books do you read over and over and over?

Luckily, my oldest is out of the stage where she wants the same book read over and over. She usually picks a different book every night to read.

My little 1-year-old loves Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb by Al Perkins; The Wheels on the Bus by Penny Dann (but I'm sure there are several versions out there); and Babies by Baby Eistein.

I found your blog from The Inspired Room blog list. I love your make a list Monday! Very creative.

My children are a little older now and I don't read to them as often. When they were little, we could spend hours reading. Some of our favorites were Goodnight Moon, Stone Soup, Bunny My Honey, and anything with trucks and construction equipment. Now my boys love the Chronicles of Narnia.

I'll be back to visit!

"Llama. Llama, red pajama"... since I am not at my own house right now I can't remember the author. "If you give a Moose a muffin." again, I can't remember the author.
