Why do I love white and windows so?

I am so drawn to beautiful white interiors with a lot of big windows. In real life, I need more color, at least I think I do, but I always love pictures like these I found on Things That Inspire.

I can go for this line of thought. I love windows too, and if everything is white, we'll never have to repaint.
